Frequently Asked Questions - DSM Complete Solution
DSM programs today involve installation of devices on certain appliances within the premises that will be turned off at peak demand. This is intrusive and inconvenient to the end-user. With the CSDP, the end-user sets the priority for the appliances on the premises in the CSDP itself, without need for any special device installations. The end-user may agree to reduce electricity consumption by the agreed amount, but instead of switching off a specific appliance the CSDP will automatically select the appliances of the lowest priorities. For example, the dryer and garden lights will be switched off while the air-conditioner will remain on.| < Prev | Next > |
