C.E.S. is led by a strong, knowledgeable management team with extensive experience in business development on a global scale, computer science, electronics, and telecommunications.

Eli Doron, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Doron has more than 30 years of experience in multidisciplinary systems. Mr. Doron co-founded RADVISION (Nasdaq:RVSN) in 1992, where he served as president and CSO. Mr. Doron was responsible for RADVISION's strategy and product development, including the company's partners' relationship management. Mr. Doron was part of the standardization group that defined the VoIP standards, and was chosen by Internet Telephony magazine as one of the 100 people who most influenced VoIP.

Prior to RADVISION, Mr. Doron served for nine years as the CTO of Simtech - advanced simulation and training - where he was responsible for product definition and R&D. He also worked for six years at Israel Aircraft Industries (Mabat) as a hardware engineer specializing in signal processing.

Mr. Doron holds B.Sc. in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheba and an MBA from Bradford University.

Lupu Wittner, Co-Founder - Chief Technology Officer

Lupu Wittner served as an engineering officer in the Comm/Nav branch of the Israeli Air Force, the development organization of Comm/Nav Outage Forecast System (C/NOFS). Lupu has dedicated his recent professional life to assisting in solving the global crisis of energy/load management through innovation and invention and has become a technological thought leader in Demand Side Management (DSM) and Demand Response (DR) solution development.

Lupu is a practical engineer specializing in electronics, and a qualified QA field engineer with more than 25 years of industry experience and six related and approved technology patents.

Lupu holds a B.Sc. in computer sciences.

Michael Sela - VP Operations

Michael Sela brings to C.E.S. a diverse experience in high-tech project management. At Comverse Inc. Michael managed the development of a service delivery platform for Telecom Operators; led the planning and control activity of a large product division; and established an off-shore development and delivery center to leverage Comverse’s global developmental reach.

Michael's previous engagements include management positions at BVR Technologies and LOGAL Educational Software & Systems (Riverdeep Software).

Michael holds two Master Degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA.: MS in Management Information Systems and M.Arch in Architectural Design and Urban Planning.

Shmuel Bleichman - VP R and D

Shmuel Bleichman joined C.E.S. in 2008 as Vice President of Research and Development.

Shmuel has gained over 25 years of experience leading multi disciplinary groups: VP Engineering at Marconi Communications; Project manager, MRI systems at General Electric (GE) Medical Systems; Team Leader, Tactical Communication Transceivers at Tadiran Telecommunication, a world leader in tactical communications.

Shmuel is experienced in leading product evolution and has transferred many products from conceptualization, design and development into production, including compliance with world standards, such as UL, FCC and CE.

Shmuel holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel.

Shlomo Nimrodi - CEO C.E.S. Inc. (US)

Shlomo brings to C.E.S. over 20 years of diverse international industry experience in directing global operations and activities.

With a strong background involving strategic planning, market analysis, business development, P&L management, system automation, CRM implementation, IT management and team building, Shlomo has successfully taken several technology companies from early stage all the way through to market launch and ultimately to exit. Among the companies Shlomo has led were: Epana Networks - more than $200 million Communication and Financial Services company;  Raytel Cardiac Services - a leading company in the remote monitoring of cardiac services; Nexus Data - a leading company in the AMR space; Vizrt - a world leading company in broadcast graphics and Indigo - the market leader in Digital Printing technology.

Shlomo graduated with an MA and MBA with honors in 1983 from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP156) training in 1999 at Harvard Business School.
